Disabled at their own request for paid services for a conditional reason, and until the last they answered that there were no problems and would not be disconnected. Disabled including the ability to write to the technical support chat! After long agony of agreement, they do not want to turn it back on - they require additional payments for, again, a conditional reason. Paying by their account is terribly inconvenient, there is not even a QR code on the account - to drive everything with pens. So much for your IT company.
