Google Keep is an online service for creating and storing notes. With Google Keep, employees of companies and ordinary users can record ideas, store brief information, notes, and share them. Saved notes are automatically synchronized on users’ devices. The service is available as a web version, mobile app, and Chrome browser extension.
Google Keep has three types of notes: list note, picture note and photo note. Note-list is a checklist, after creating it, the user can mark the tasks or tasks that have been solved in the list. With Sketch Notes the user has an option to sketch an idea in an editor. In the photo note you can add a photo or image and write a description to them.
Notes in Google Keep have a title and a body, where the main information is entered. In addition, you can attach an image to your notes, change the background color, add co-authors and add tags, by which you will be able to find the necessary note in the future. Notes are placed in a separate tab, Google Keep allows you to fix the actual note at the top of the page, unnecessary and irrelevant notes can be, like in Gmail, removed to the archive or to the trash.
